It's on paper, but it's not... SAI's paper texture is quite realistic, I must say.
Anyway, smashing art blocks with the (unwitting) help of an artist I look up to, Kuron. He's inspired me a LOT, even if it doesn't show. So you can sorta thank him for my continued artsy stuff... I know I sure am~

And I am now starting college life! Oh my! D:

Just moved into my flat today and the flatmates seem nice enough! Which is always a plus!
But I've been here a few times before and sorta know my way around, so at least I won't get lost when I head over to the college (which is just down the road), or anywhere else, really!

The room's a lot bigger than my last one... I have about £400 here with me, and €800 "safe" in the bank... Which is mostly gonna go towards a laptop, I'd say! I NEEEEEEED one! I'm typing this on my phone right now and there's no wifi! Halp!

Really, I can't believe I haven't used it before, it's just amazing for laying down some quick colour... This is completely unrefined, but I sorta like it like this.

One week left!

Well, I'm moving into my flat for university next Saturday, so FINALLY I'll be outta here, I can't wait to get up to it, to be quite honest... And it's ironic, I'll get a lot more time on the PC at school, than I do at home... Hopefully I'll get a lot more consistent with uploads and stuff, while I'm out there. Either way, woot, I'm now a student!

Also, Apparitions Stalk the Night is quite an awesome theme, don't you agree?

Birthday today~

That's right, I'm another year older as of today! Sadly, turning 19 unlocks nothing, the next milestone's 21... Eh, but whatever~
Moving out soon, also, FINALLY gonna get some privacy and time to myself, with my OWN computer (probably a laptop), but yeah... Hopefully I'll get more productive with things after I get over my imminent gaming... XD

Hello, little buzzy bee~

I was sitting in my room today, sketching away, and a little bumblebee buzzed in through my window, and sat upon my nose. The little fluffball sat there for about five minutes, walking about my nose and it was as tickly as hell... But then it flew away without any pushing, I was happy for the little thing to sit there as long as it wanted, and it did. It was just a precious lil' thing, but it made me draw this. :V

Also, did a pic of Bou on the pan pipes, out of boredom... One day later, and look... It's QUITE a lot different. I wonder why I jump from style to style so much...

Now working on character profiles!

The few of you who have checked in so far may have noticed that I've been mucking about with things on this page so far, and now I've added a lil' section for my characters, down on the sidebar. It'll be text until I can manage to stick up images of good enough quality, but yeah, I've started to make progress on here, hooray!

New little chick!

Today, I was letting out our chickens (we have three hens and a rooster), and I heard them clucking away... But also a different, little cheeping. So, I went to investigate, and we were wondering if it was gonna happen, because one of our hens was stealing the eggs laid by the others to sit on them, she had about a dozen under her, how they fitted, I don't know.

But when I lifted the top of the coop, I saw this tiny tiny little puff of yellow sticking out from under the hen (named Afrodite, by my mother, because the hen's got this AWESOME afro of black feathers... She loves punny names.) Of course the first thing I did was reach in to see, and got a smart peck from Afro-head, but the chick poked its little head out and started cheeping softly. It was sooooo cute!

Going off to college soon!

Well, today was a disappointment at the start, I heard I was rejected for my first choice in college, but oh well! Everything's pretty much done now, I've gotten everything set up for the one I've been accepted into (apart from a laptop because I'm being made to wait until I can get student discounts... HRNG!)

Either way, I now have a date where I'm gonna get away from here, specifically September 17th! So really looking forward to moving out, for a few reasons!
